MEETINGS OF MASHAM PARISH COUNCIL

​2022 Meeting Dates:

  • Monday 10th January (3rd Public Holiday). 
  • Monday 7th February
  • Monday 7th March
  • Monday 4th April
  • Monday 16th May (2nd Public Holiday). To include Annual Meeting & Annual Parish Meeting
  • Monday 6th June
  • Monday 4th July
  • Monday 1st August
  • Monday 5th September
  • Monday 3rd October
  • Monday 7th November
  • Monday 5th December
Mashamshire Parish Council has a regular schedule of meetings:

Annual General Meeting – Held in May each year on the same day as the monthly meeting. 

Annual Parish Meeting – Held in May each year on the same day as the monthly meeting.

Monthly Parish Meeting – Held on the first Monday of each month, except where there is a public holiday, in which case the meeting is held on the following Monday.

All meetings are open to members of the public and all meetings are held in one of the Town Hall meeting rooms. 

The Agenda for all forthcoming council meetings will be available for members of the public to view no later than 3 days prior to the meeting, at the following locations:

Masham Community Office – displayed on the notice board inside the public room, also on the Council notice board in the entrance to the Town Hall (once access resumes foloowing Covid-19 precautions), and on the Council Notice Board on Silver Street.
The Minutes of all council meeting will be available for members of the public to view (normally) no later than 2 weeks after the meeting, at the following location:
Masham Community Office – displayed on the notice board inside the public room.
Minutes are also sent to the Darlington & Stockton Times and Ripon Gazette, who may choose to reprint them in part or in total.
