Following initial Public and Stakeholder Consultations in 2023, a Local Housing Needs Survey was undertaken in 2024 and, working with AECOM, a Masham Design Code has been prepared during 2025. We have now published a Policy Intentions Document based on the responses received to the previous consultations and would like your views on this prior to a draft Neighbourhood Plan being prepared in 2026.
